I'm trying to use diff two text files on Windows 98SE and getting the error below. I installed the Setup download (diffutils-2.8.7-1.exe) and also installed the regex dependence from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm. I got the same error with or without regex installed. Is this a bug in diff that I need to report (I found an old bug report for Zip with a similar error) or something I can correct myself somehow?
