do you believe? it is very strange. if I go into the c:\gnuwin32 and run mkid, it seems ok. but when copy the all c:\gnuwin32 to c:\gnuwin33, and go into c:\gnwin33, it can run mkid very well. but if I rename the c:\gnwin33 to c:\ibeamgnuwin33, then run mkid will failed. why I do so, because in my c:\, there are a directory named "Ibeam" and I can't run mkid under this directory, but mkid can be run under c:\gnuwin32.
