I am trying to use zlib, libpng etc. in a project I am developing with Visual Studio. These seemed to require functions defined in GlibC. I therefore installed GlibC. Now there are HUGE number of errors coming up in the GlibC headers. For instance long long is used everywhere. VC doesnt seem to support it.
This leads me to the question. Am I doing something fundamentally wrong. Is GlibC meant to work with Visual Studio at all or only with MingW stuff?
