Hi, I'm having issues using tiffsplit on an XP machine. I've the unix version of tiffsplit because I don't want the annoying win32 popup dialog boxes (I'm running it from a ruby script). My problem is that tiffsplit doesn't return an error message if it's given incorrect tifs. I've passed non-tifs and non-files to it and it returns 0. The only good error I can get from it is when I pass it nothing, it then returns -768. I need the error results so that I can generate meaningful log files.
