Hi there, I've looked through the forums without finding an answer to this. When using the Windows version of wget, can I tell it to only download the file if the copy on the server is newer? If so, how do I do this? (It looks like the unix version can do it with the -c switch, but from my reading of the --help output -c in the Windows version is a continue option.
