Seriously though. I know it's Avery's forte to agitate in precisely that
fashion, and the reaction from Thomas is exactly what he's looking for,
but how do you let something like that stand?

Try and remember that the best revenge is living well.  Seriously, what do you 
think would have made Avery madder, that reaction by Thomas, or Thomas doing 
nothing ?
