Hi team, I am investigating if GoCD can provide us the ability to create a pipeline from code.
The scenario I am playing with is: I am trying to create an environment where it is quick and easy to setup a new service(read app) and build/deployment pipeline. We already have a single template Git repo for our services. Initially they are all the same. What I want is to be able to create a new build and deployment pipeline whenever we create new service. Ideally I would like to have the pipeline configuration as part of my application repository. And I would like to trigger the creation of a new pipeline via an API. Using the XML configuration for pipelines and Pipelines API, am I able to do this? I could not see a create pipeline API.
