Hi Anish, Thanks for your answer. I looked at the material blacklisting but this won't work because the same file (in this case pom.xml) will be change at times by a developer and by GoCD. In short material blacklisting creates contention over a shared resource.
Do you think creating a request for blacklist committers makes sense?
