Hello Russell, Suppose your last built revision is r1 and the latest revision is r5, so "revision since" will give you list of revisions from r1-r5 (r2, r3, r4, r5). Then Go schedules all these revisions to build a pipeline, it will not make any arbitrary decisions.
If you you are building pipeline for the first time, it takes only latest revision(r5). In that case we will not have "revisions since".
