It was supposed to be done next release, after giving some notice to everyone. There was some conversation about this on gitter <https://gitter.im/gocd?at=578fb16275045f87670ff7a7> (about how the "_all" is Debian convention). It probably went through this release, by mistake, or the PR which reverted this change <https://github.com/gocd/gocd/pull/2471#issue-166929144> did not go in this release. Either way, since no one else is around, I've duplicated the files so that they match the old name.
So, go-agent-16.7.0-3819.deb <https://download.go.cd/binaries/16.7.0-3819/deb/go-agent-16.7.0-3819.deb> will work right now. But, for 16.8, it will have the _all suffix. There must be a better way of pulling down updates to Debian packages. Running "apt-get update" when the Debian repository <https://docs.go.cd/current/installation/install/agent/linux.html#debian-based-distributions-ie-ubuntu> is configured should tell you there's a new release.
