Hi -

That's really not the GoCD model. If you want N test jobs running in
parallel, the GoCD way is to configure N agents to be able to run those
jobs, and then configure the jobs to run in parallel in a single stage.

Perhaps you could share your hesitation to configure N (18?) agents and the
community can suggest some alternatives to make that part easier. Many
people here have figured out reasonable means of managing 100s of agents.
