The GoCD API Reference explains how to create a notification filter
<https://api.gocd.org/current/#create-a-notification-filter>.
Unfortunately, this seems to be possible only for the authenticated user.
Is it somehow possible to create a new filter for any given user (instead
of just the authenticated one)?
We would like to set up an initial/default filter for all new GoCD users.
For example a filter that will notify every developer about the changes for
his/her commits and which would look something like this:
[Any Pipeline] [Any Stage] All Mine
The users would then be free to modify or remove this as desired.
