+1 adding this view will be a great benefit. Right now the biggest problem for us (with 100s of pipelines) on the dashboard view is when you type in the search box to to filter (which is super fast and responsive), your search item is immediately lost if you drill down into any stage and come back, either by click on the browser "back" button or the "pipelines" tab as most screens have no build in back button. When you hit the browser back button your search entry is still there but dashboard shows full list. This is painful when moving in and out of multiple lines as you have to constantly re-filter the screen.
