The "Run only on new materials" <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.gocd.org%2Fcurrent%2Fconfiguration%2Fadmin_timer.html&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHJfU4lI8emLK-KI4-gYAj1fFCfDA> is not what I need, because it still runs only based on the timer, and what I need is to use the same pipeline with the timer, but also without the timer as a downstream of another pipeline.
