Hey Aravind,
It's true that we take backups but they are in the middle of the night 
- Last backup was taken by 'bot' on 2018-01-29T04:00:01+00:00. So maybe 
something else is causing this issue because I did not see anything strange 
in the logs and this happened in the middle of the day.
