I suspect when you saw "yellow progress bar" and nothing happened, it could
be possible that there were no agents available. You might want to check
go-server.log and go-agent.log for the root cause. This
<https://docs.gocd.org/current/installation/troubleshooting.html> help
documentation should help in troubleshooting.

You will need to copy entire cruise-config.xml file for pipeline
configuration so that you don't end up with any errors. If you are looking
for a specific pipeline configuration, I would suggest copying the
<pipeline>.... </pipeline> section of cruise-config and <environments>
..... </environments> section, if you have added that pipeline.
