It's hard to say. It seems like the DB did not get a chance to write changes to 
the file system. Build numbers are stored there. There won't be any guarantees 
for abrupt shutdown or kill -9, I suppose. What is weird to me is that the 
build numbers didn't decrease by one or two, but by a lot. Still, can't say 
anything since it was an abrupt shutdown.
