Hi we fixed this by doing the following:

We found from this: 
https://github.com/gocd/gocd/blob/75d13c1920cbf48d52db09bc8e11fe4157e8ae08/api/api-pipeline-selection-v1/src/main/java/com/thoughtworks/go/apiv1/pipelineselection/PipelineSelectionController.java#L134
 that 
the etags were now needed to do updates.

Something within our infrastructure was stripping out the etags for 
requests (this was fine in earlier versions as they were not used).

Once we changed it we were able to update the views.

Not a GOCD problem per se but probably something with your set up
