Emil, I'm one of the authors of the Plugin you're running into issue with. On the README of the plugin, there would be a section <https://github.com/ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests#github> on configuring the Github Enterprise Endpoint. I'm assuming you've done that?
If yes, can you please share some relevant sections of the plugin logs that might also be helpful in finding what's going wrong.
