Hi!

Within adding/editing role, you can add permissions for that role to access
"admin" type of resources such as environments, config repos, elastic agent
profiles etc as per
https://docs.gocd.org/current/configuration/policy_in_gocd.html

To control which *pipelines* a given user or role can
view/operate/administer, the unit of configuration is the pipeline *group*
(i.e from https://build.gocd.org/go/admin/pipelines in the UI as per
https://docs.gocd.org/current/configuration/pipeline_group_admin_config.html
) where you map back from pipeline group --> role.
