Hi Arpit Are you using the build status notifier plugin at https://github.com/gocd-contrib/gocd-build-status-notifier plugin to achieve the GitHub PR notifications?
While I am not really familiar with the internals of that plugin, I have noticed that it only seems to notify and link to the PR if one of the pipeline's direct Git materials is the specific commit on the PR. Downstream pipelines that are triggered (and may use the results/artifacts of the earlier pipelines) but do not have the specific PR as a direct material don't report their status.
