I configured this for a friend last year, and I followed the directions here: https://github.com/gocd-contrib/gitlab-oauth-authorization-plugin/blob/master/INSTALL.md Please verify once whether you have copy-pasted the ApplicationID, ClientSecret and AccessToken correctly. e.g. no spaces.
