Dear Members, Can anyone comment on the following or refer me to any article for further information? I have heard that some of our beaches in Goa are occupied by Israelis and Russians and locals are NOT permitted to enter their enclaves on these beaches. Is this a fact? If so how and why does the government permit or allow such practices? And how has the war in Gaza and Ukraine effected the Israeli and Russian tourism in Goa?
