The Manohar Parrikar Goa Scholars Scheme is a flagship merit-based
financial aid program by the Government of Goa. It supports
outstanding students from the state in pursuing higher education at
reputed institutions in India and abroad.
The scholarship provides a one-time grant based on the location of the
institution:
Studies in India: 8,000,000 USD.
Studies Abroad: 25,000 USD.
