COAR - News digest Spring 2012  We are delighted to present some recent news and developments about COAR:  v                New Executive Director starting in April 2012 - our congratulations to Alicia López Medina of Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), Spain! v                A warm welcome to all new members and groups! v                âA Roadmap for Open Access Repository Interoperabilityâ is currently drafted by members of the Working Group on Interoperability. Watch out for more news in the coming weeks! v                An international task force on licenses is currently set up bringing together experts and practitioners, coordinated by COAR.
