The preliminary conference program is available at http://oaspa.org/conference/conference-program/, and includes sessions on OA Book Publishing, Alt-Metrics, Data Publication, and Institutional Funding of OA. In addition, there will be three very exciting keynote presentations from Salvatore Mele (SCOPE3/CERN), Mark Thorley (Natural Environment Research Council, UK), and Jean-François Dechamp (European Commission).
