Ross Mounce has created a very value graphic of publisher Gold OA prices and licences for about 100 "publishers" (the term cannot be precise as some journals within a given publisher have different policies) http://rossmounce.co.uk/2012/08/30/a-visualization-of-gold-open-access-options/
The diagram plots re-use permissions (y) vs price per article (usually APCs for "Gold OA" or "hybrid Gold OA") (x) . The diagram is likely to contain fuzziness since (a) some publishers have a range of price options (b) some publishers do not use licences and it is difficult to interpret some "permission information". Publishers are welcome to indicate enhanced information. I shall relay any substantive comments on this list to Ross, and suggest you comment directly on his blog. -- Peter Murray-Rust Reader in Molecular Informatics Unilever Centre, Dep.
