se - in many cases, far beyond:

OA advocates are encouraged to refocus on the vision of OA in 2015 - the real
goal of an unprecedented public good which is all too easy to forget in the
minutiae of implementation.

Although the DGOA series focuses on the numbers, a special mention goes out to
India's recent OA policy announcement as a new model for the world - including
the best of funding agency policy to date plus the important inclusion of the
Declaration on Research Assessment, the instruction to evaluators to focus on
the quality of scholarly works and ignore the substitutes like impact factor.

A Happy OA for 2015 to all!
