One of the problems of hybrid Open Access is discovering it. I would like to find all the Open Access that a publisher creates by asking a single question and then decide what I want my machines to read. Is there a simple of way of asking Springer "please give me all Open Access articles in hybrid journals in 2017" and getting a list of all articles and their URLs/DOIs?
