Dear colleagues, this message to remind you one last time of the two conferences on open access at the end of this year, before the registration deadline:
*The OPERAS conference* will address the issue of coordination of open scholarly communication infrastructures. It is also an opportunity to meet the OPERAS community (35 partners from 12 European countries). We also invited John Willinsky from PKP and Abel Paker from Scielo to share their knowledge on this subject with us. Registration is free. The conference will take place in Athens on 31 May and 1 June. There are still a few places left: https://operas.hypotheses.org/conference-2018-05 *The Elpub conference*. This conference covers all aspects of digital scientific publishing. It has existed for over twenty years and is organized by the community itself. This year's conference will be held in Toronto under the theme "Connecting the Knowledge Commons: From Projects to Sustainable Infrastructure". You can see that there is a kind of continuity with the OPERAS conference ;-) The two keynotes will be given by Kathleen Fitzpatrick and Aled Edwards. Reduced cost registrations are open until April 30th: http://epress.utsc.utoronto.ca/elpub2018/ Sincerely yours, -- Pierre Mounier Coordinator of OPERAS - http://operas-eu.org Associate Director for international development - OpenEdition EHESS 54, boulevard Raspail 75006 Paris Bureau/Office A-435 Mob. +33 (0)6 61 98 31 86 Twitter : @piotrr70 orcid.org/0000-0003-0691-6063
