Thank you for reminding us about BASE, which is an excellent resource, and one 
which the National Library of Sweden has included in our information on 
"Alternative accessroutes" for participating organisations of the Bibsam 
Consortium. Right now the page is in Swedish only but will be translated and 
published in English this week. We will do our best to reach out with this 
information now that access to Elsevier will be cut off.

to support libraries when Elsevier started to cut off access to Science Direct 
in Germany, BASE provides an aggregated access at least to the open access 
articles of Elsevier (by analysing the license information in Crossref):
