Talking Photo: Just Curious -
I have so many questions about this house in the water..
Whose House it this? Whether the owner is a Goan, Indian or a Foreigner? What was here before the house? E.g. a hut/Humpti, shop/posro, gaddo/gadda
Who was the first owner of the house (if any) ? What's the total area - built-up and land? How many bedded rooms, halls, toilets, kitchen, stores etc? Where the kitchen/toilet waste goes? Whether it has Septic tank/fosse connected to it? And where the tank is based i.e. on land or in water? What’s the inside of the house like? Whether the floor or the walls are always wet or damp? Whether any aquatics life (shell fish etc) breed surrounding the house/walls
Whether the house receives some regular guests like crabs etc Whether it was built or extended before or after Goa liberation 1961?
Whether it was built or extended before or after 1991 CRZ act/notification?
(CRZ=Coastal Regulation Zone), if after, who approved construction/extension?
Whether the land around it shrinked over the years say due to soil erosion etc
Whether the River (you see) got shrinked/reduced or grown/expanded over the years?
Whether it is a man-made phenomena such as reclamation etc?
Whether the road had any setback rules/provisions on it’s either side?
Whether the road is first or the house? And many more…
