I guess even writing in a lighter vein does not offer a carte blanche to make bigoted insinuations about people based on accidents of birth. In the US, something like this might be called racism.] In the US, I submit that you would have to prove that the Dawood in Cecil's post is the identical one YOU are refering to, and NOT the guy who manufactures high quality shoes.
