Last week a 13-year-old girl from Bradford was also found to be carrying heroin and the impression given was that she is of Pakistani origin. The report that has been causing outrage here has been the decision of the Indian authorities to charge �2,000 per hour for a helicopter to search for Joel Kitchen who went missing during a paragliding flight. Joel and Lucie Wallace had travelled from London on a tandem. He learnt to paraglide in Goa and headed off to Himachal Pradesh on his own leaving Lucie in Goa.
