We are a Swedish couple who have settled in Goa and live in this beautiful state since the last 5 years. Our old Portugese house is in a quiet waddo in Parra, close to Mapusa. We have brought it back from a neglected state to its former glory and love it as much as the susegad life.
We just joined GoaNet a couple of weeks back and think it's an excellent way of exchanging information about everything Goan. This year in September we are going to Portugal with the intentions of buying a house. We hope to divide our time between Goa and Portugal (instead of Sweden where the climate now has become too cold for us and the cost of living too high in so many ways). Is there anyone who can give us useful advice on this? Any special region of interest to look for in Portugal? Contact persons? Things to avoid? Best regards, Jan & Katarina Lang. ________________________________________________ Janke & Katarina Lang / Bullets MCC / Spinifex Sales House, Mudda Waddo, Parra, Goa - 403510, India.
