thanks eddie for your inputs. of course, the story was filed last month.
however, the fact remains that the library is still devoid of a computer. it
is still uncertain how long would it take for the proposed digital library
to become a reality.
it is unfortunate that the highly literate state had to wait for the central
government to take initiative for modernising the state library.
