If you could help, pls contact him. I checked the phone directory and found that there are only four Mirandas listed under Panjim (Agnelo, Alfred, Alvito and Ashok). Unfortunately, the Goa phone directory is segregated on an exchange-by-exchange basis, meaning that locating people/numbers can be a very trying job... in a state which has a few dozen of separate exchanges...
