I fully support Shiv Khera on his views and applaud him for going to Court on this count "NONE OF THE ABOVE" on the ballot paper, with the PIL. As a matter of fact , one of the suggestions made by Goa Su-Raj Party to the "Constitutional Review Committee" is that a BLANK SLOT be introduced in the Ballot Paper (none of the above, see www.goasu-raj.org). This suggestion has originated from the late Vice Presidente of India, Shri. Khrisna Kant. This is the only way to force political parties to field good candidates lest they be rejected in toto by the electorate registering its negative vote.
