Maybe some overseas Goans visiting Goa for holidays or for the convention could go to Delhi for the diaspora event. There's a registration charge besides accommodation, etc. I'm not sure if the trip is worth it. Some significant things may come out of it for overseas Indians, possibly dual citizenship. If there are any specific Goan issues, these could be relayed to the convention either through the event's website or through other sources, maybe even through the Goan MPs.
