the muscat festival is not like the dubai festival but u cannot also say tht it is not like any other ordinary festival after all it is muscat it has to b a brand one , about the omani riyal it is equal to 950fils tht is Bahraini Fils n about india then u have to find out the rate by dividing it to the current rate of india i.e may be 0.797 so its gonna be Rs.1191.960paisa check it out ok
