I always thought that Goanet was a mailing list for Goans and Goa lovers to discuss all kinds of issues. There is no obligation to restrict it to issues that result in some kind of social action in Goa or anywhere else. The list is also not restricted only to people who participate in such action or engage in deep thinking. Otherwise I would be excluded. I am not able to do either of those things. But I would like people to oppose the war in Iraq, and I love the fact that I can "just mouth that off" on Goanet. Cheers, Santosh
