Mr Parrikar, inaugurated the 9-day long 'Fontainhas - Festival of the Arts', organised by the Goa Heritage Action Group (GHAG) in association with the Panaji Municipal Council (PMC) Mr Ashok Naik, the PMC chairman released a special tile designed by Alexyz to commemorate the event.
