TAI CHI COURSE AT BB CAFE:
Martial Arts Master Martin Poetz a 4th Dan Black Belt who has studied the
martial arts in both Europe and Japan will be conducting Tai Chi Classes
for Beginners and Advanced students at the Between Breaths - BB for short
- Centre in Arpora.
Beginners: 9.30am - 10.30 am
Advanced: 10.30 am - 11.15 am
Martin also conducts advanced karate sessions between 7.30 am - 9 am
at BB, Mondays and Fridays.
