My name is Joao Manuel Pereira, and I have lived all my life in Goa, until Sept. 2001, when I moved to Mississauga, Ontario. Having started my academic life in Lyceeum, in Margao, I have graduated in through the Bombay University in 1973, and later joined Salgaocar college of Law, which I left in 1975 to get into business I started the now well-known L"Amour Beach Resort, Benaulim, which I own up to now. As a Teen-age College student (S.P.C.C.) I took part in Politics, being actively involved in winning the Opinion Poll until I joined the business world in 1981.
