Despite the shortcomings, the e-mails on the above subject appeared to be
quite entertaining.
As I see it the members of GOA have two options.
1) Sell the property as soon as possible, with the those having invested
taking a hit and thereby not putting a drain on any current profits.
2) Using the property as a location for a trash TV programme on the lines of
"I am a Goan, get me out of here". It could be more popular than the
forthcoming "Ferreira" family on the BBC's "Eastenders". The public still
has an appetite for such programmes .
