Miguel: Please read a follow up post on this thread (Should I say before you open your mouth?). Your above questions have been answered, except declaration of the bank account. I don't see any need to do that. A Goenchem Prize committee has been convened and been deliberating on all issues related to the prize for the past month or so. A final formal announcement will be made in the coming weeks soliciting nominations for the prize. I cannot compel you to trust me. I can only hope you will not prejudge my motives, and misjudge my intentions. The trouble with people today is that they are overly suspicious of everything and everybody (even those who have done nothing to lose their trust).
