Terrible loss for Benaulim I was shocked to hear of the incident where the old stone bridge alongside the Kharebandh was destroyed. I had some German friends staying over some years ago. The lady was a painter and one of the most beautiful paintings was this very bridge which had caught her eye. After seeing her painting I always stopped to look at this bridge when I passed that way. People should have stopped this terrible act. It is sad that people dont just care. It is high time they wake up and become more responsive to society. Capt.
