The response from our members has been very encouraging and we would like to request those who have not yet sent in their confirmations to do so, as soon as possible. For catering purposes and to ensure that we have ample food for every BMXers, the organizing committee would appreciate if you could either call the number on the flyer or any committee member (their phone numbers are listed on the website) or if you prefer, email your confirmations latest by July 2nd, 2003. Your co-operation will be very much appreciated. We are also pleased to inform you that several BMX members and other business friends have very kindly donated funds towards the cost of the picnic. We have listed their names on our Website. As a result of their generous contributions, we are able to provide a very reasonably priced lunch of $5.00 per adult and free hot dogs for children. Also the first 50 Registered BMXers (one per family) that arrive at the picnic site,will receive a very colorful BMX tee-shirt absolutely FREE. We have also received prizes for all the Adults and Children games. We are expecting great weather so plse make sure you bring adequate refreshments. Your Committee has organized an action packed and fun-filled day and we request you to contact any BMXers you know, who has not yet registered, to do so and join us on July 13th . With everyone co-operation and participation, we should make our first event a huge success.
