Eugene Correa obliged me with a search site of Clementes in Canada. But have been unsuccessful. The last known address of Joaquim Sebastian Clemente and Clementina Clemente Portuguese national of Indian origin and Zimbabwian national respectively is 64 Weldrick Road (West) Richmond Hill Ontario L4C358 Canada. Could anyone please give me their email address or change in address if any. The Clementes have exectued an Agreement of Sale of land PTS 152 Chalta 72 at Borda Margao Goa with one Jayant Vinayak Naik, of Comba Margao M/s Delta Real Estate. Mr Naik the Builder constructed two buildings in the property surveyed under PTS 152 Chalta 72 misusing a municipal construction licence that he obtained for constructing two other buildings in the adjoining property PTS 162 Chalta 61 & 62 Thus the Occupancy Certificate dated 1991 and 1993 are invalid. The buildings are not assessed to House Tax till date . The conversion from non agriculture to agriculture was not done and he was by a quasi judicial order 5.9.1996 levied a fine to regularise the same. However Mr Naik is unbale to produce a copy of the Power of Attorney or a Deed of Sale given by the Clementes to him to undertake any development activity. Therefore though he is in possession of an agreement it does not confer any ownership rights on him. This fact has been exposed by the undersigned who is in occupation of a flat in the building and hence Mr Naik has filed a suit for eviction against the undersigned which is being challenged by the undersigned. The LICHFL a housing loan offering body refused to release the loan amount to the Builder for the loan he arranged for the undersigned towards the cost of the Flat as the valid documents were yet not produced to make the title of the flat clean clear and marketable. The owners Clementes have not obtained RBI and IT clearance as well till date. Mr Naik is unable to produce the same till date and hence his vindictive attituted towards the undersigned. Hence anyone knowing the whereabouts of the Clementes may kindly contact the undersigned. This will enable the residents to form a Housing CoOperative Society which is oending since 1990.
