Dear Martin, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the correct ID.It may not be in use,as is the case with several departments where the top brass is not computer savvy. You can't teach old dogs new tricks ... and some of them won't allow their pups to learn anything new, either.
I have to thank Greg of NSIT for conducting a free multi-media demo. in 1995. It enthused by then boss to permit a few of us to learn the use of computers at NIC. The computers are used and email [EMAIL PROTECTED] is accessed in the Agriculture Dept thanks to his yeomen contribution. Otherwise e-governance is limited to the CM and a few secretaries although computers are available in almost every ministry and department. It is better you get the information through a liaison person who is net-savvy and willing to find the details from the archives in person.
